Sigh. Okay so a condensed version of what I wrote before: I'm getting a bit sick of eating the same foods so am in dire need of inspiration. And look what arrived today!
Can't wait to flick through these later!
Brekky - small bowl of oats
Morning snacks - seed bar, snack pot (nuts and dried fruit), banana, half a hummus & cucumber sandwich
Lunch - wholegrain roll, small bowl of beans
Afternoon snacks - a few slices of watermelon
Dinner - quinoa burger & tofu with rice and veggies
Activity - way too tired to hit the gym after an 11.5 hour shift. Cycled to and from work and was on my feet all day, that'll do!
Think I've got a day off tomorrow, woohoo! Desperate for a lie in, the 4.45am starts are brutal!
