Day 10: double digits and double bread :(

It's not a FAIL, I'm still vegan and all, but today wasn't anything to be proud of in the healthy diet department. I had an AMAZING day with 5 whales mugging the boat for 2.5 hours!!!! It was spectacular. But after a 12.5 hour shift I was absolutely cream crackered and couldn't summon the energy to cook - plus grazing during the day to keep my energy up got a bit out of control...

Brekky (5am) - small bowl of oats
Morning snacks (8am-2pm) - seed bar, heaps of soya crisps and three quarters of a hummus & cucumber sandwich
Lunch (5pm) - whole grain bread roll with vegan butter and 2 spoonfuls of bean salad
Dinner - leftover potatoes I found in the fridge, a big bowl of cornflakes and a handful of blueberries. And some crisps. Whoops

So an interesting mix! Should get home earlier tomorrow so will try to rustle up something actually healthy...and eat more mindfully during the working day.

A whale swimming right under the boat! The guests using the in-water platform had the experience of a lifetime!
